As a personal trainer it's my job to help you attain your fitness goals. I'm NASM certified, and specialize in strengthening and lowering body fat. My strength as a trainer is my ability to design a program specifically for your goals.

I generally begin with some stretches on tight muscles and the muscle we will be training that day. We then get warmed up with some simple movements and move into a circuit consisting of strength training and high intensity training that will both develop muscle and burn fat. I have even been known to teach my clients basic punches and do some boxing!
