I absolutely love training! Youth, mom's, special forces, elderly, and everything in between. I was previously a head trainer at Golds Gym where I had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients. Before that I was in the U.S. Army Infantry, and before that I played collegiate football and lacrosse. My training style is different because I will coach you. I utilize a 3 point approach to training and coaching. We will form the body through the workouts and comprehensive assessments. We will shape the mind through teaching and behavioral coaching to educate you and create REAL and LASTING results. And we will address stress in your life and develop means to combat the negative and devastating effects it can have on your life. What to Expect

Programs begin with a thorough physical assessment. This allows for the program to be tailored 100% to your individual needs. From that we are able to address your goals as well as any limiting factors that may impede your progress. Workouts are generally conducted in a circuit format, however each program is slightly different depending on goals, time availability for training, and ability level. I also have my own equipment that will cover most programs, and can be executed outside, saving you gym costs and fees, and potential traffic and driving time. You will become stronger, leaner, and healthier and you will have more energy for your every day life!

Client Success Story

Probably my favorite success story is where I was able to help a friend from church. Marline was in her 70s and had suffered a stroke that badly damaged the left side of her body. She had also suffered a broken hip a year prior to us starting. There is only so much you can do when the nervous system is damaged, but through proper assessments and progression of exercises addressing strength, mobility, and coordination, we were able to build her up to walking around with the assistance of her walker, instead of being confined to pushed everywhere in a wheelchair.
