I am passionate about fitness and helping others. I have always been fit when I was younger, but in my mid 20s I let "life" get in the way and I gained about 25 lbs from not being active and having a terrible diet. I made the decision that I wanted to be fit again and I completely changed my lifestyle. I dropped 30 lbs and got to 10 percent body fat. Now I want to help others do what I did because I know from first hand that anything is possible and I have been there just like you.
I want my clients to enjoy working out. It shouldn't be a chore. It should be an everyday habit. I like to get to know my clients and I want them to get to know me. We will have fun and my clients can expect to be very comfortable with me guiding them to success.
I had a young lady that wasn't happy with her weight. I changed her diet and we started working out constantly. I had her do running training, high intensity interval training, and weight training. In roughly nine weeks she lost 11 lbs and dropped from a size 6 to a size 2. Now she loves to work out even if I am not there!
