Greetings! I have over 5 years of personal training experience to include a clinical massage therapy background. I've worked with clients of all ages, targeting their specific needs and getting them closer to their fitness goals. Regardless of your fitness background, I will create the perfect personal program for you, ultimately getting you to that desirable goal. If you're looking to be led through workouts or even simply coached on your own programming, I will make sure the give you the guidance and results you're looking for.

What to Expect

A typical session is 60 minutes. Clients can expect a warm-up routine followed by some core activation. Each session is based on client specific goals and workouts can range from high intensity to lower intensity per session.

Training with Dave at FitPro West has been the best fitness decision I’ve made. Dave Wright is one of the most knowledgeable and committed trainers around. I really enjoy the sessions and am seeing the benefits. He is fun to work out with, pushes me hard yet doesn't judge in a negative way - which was important to me since I am new to working out.

I generally have some posture and mobility issues I wanted to focus on and I wanted to ensure I would not get injured. Dave has been great in this regard - taking a scientific and clinical approach to my training . My overall fitness level has increased noticeably. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries and he is also extremely reliable & flexible - always set up & ready to start training with an exercise routine planned.

I have always been skeptical of trainers as I enjoy group fitness classes and running on my own. That changed as soon as I met Dave! He does an incredible job at listening to what you want to accomplish and implementing a plan for it perfectly. I started seeing the results at just 4 wks and only training 1-2X a wk. I was amazed after every training session that the exact muscle group (problem area) I wanted to target was sore. In a good way! Dave is extremely knowledgeable on form and anatomy to ensure you’re doing all exercises properly and avoiding injury. On top of his overall fitness expertise, he is a the most kind, positive, easy going person to work with!
