I'm a health and fitness coach with 8 years of experience in the industry (2013). My training style is a mix of science based principles and intuitive customization. In other words, I don't assign my clients a program JUST because its "scientific". There needs to be a level of awareness to what kind of person my client is and what motivates them. I believe each client is unique. Everyone has a different lifestyle, different goals, different needs. I assign a program that fits. It's my goal as a coach to offer my clients the program, the exercise, the nutrition that is going to meet their needs as best as possible. My philosophy is guided by strong health principles, years of experience in the health and wellness space and tens of thousands of dollars spent on my own personal development and self improvement. I offer all of this knowledge and experience in my training.

Each client is prescribed a fully customized training program based on 3 things: 1. Their fitness goal 2. Their intention 3. Their current abilities/skills/exercise form. My clients expect to train at an intensity and training style that meets the goal that they wish to achieve.
