What to Expect

Each client is different and has their own specific needs, so they will always know the proper way to perform their workout and the reasoning behind each individual movement. The goal is to keep it fun but challenging and have them leave feeling better than they came and eager to continue on and get the results they desire. I like to keep the body moving utilizing circuits and HIIT hitting all major muscle groups each and every workout while still getting cardio.

What got me started is when my father had a mild heart attack and multiple other underlying conditions ( high blood pressure/cholesterol etc.) My whole life he seemed otherwise healthy for his age in my eyes, but then I started to sit back and think about his eating and physical activity. As they declined so did his health, so at that point I made it my mission to educate myself and then him and I started working out with him to get him in better shape. He cut out a lot of bad habits and to this day he improved his health and faithfully goes to the gym. He even got my mother on board and even though I'm now states away it's good to know the impact I had on them and to see their health and nutrition do a 360.
