After completing my NFPT trainer certification, I was lucky enough to be the first personal trainer hired at the brand new commercial gym in town. After training for three years, I was promoted to head trainer, then regional manager for multiple locations, before finally agreeing to a buyout of the whole training department at the location that gave me my first shot - how cool? I now own and operate two training businesses and I’m waking up and doing what I love - helping people look and feel better about themselves!
