I completed the NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), CHEK Institute Holistic Lifestyle Coach level 1 (incl. program design & primal movements), STRONG First Kettlebell & Barbell certified, and AFPA Master Level Nutrition Consultant Certification, and I am certified & trained in CPR/AED first aid. I finished all four certifications at AFPA including nutrition & wellness, weight management, sports nutrition and holistic nutrition. I am planning on working on the CHEK Institute Holistic Lifestyle Coach level 2 and possibly the CHEK Exercise Coach program next. I have played many sports all my life - and still play some - and at one point, I was a semi-pro Volleyball player and actually part of the team that won the Swiss Indoor Volleyball Cup. That was a lot of fun and I learned how far one can go by working out hard and staying dedicated. I am also an expert skier and love the outdoors such as hiking, cross-country skiing, camping,...you name it.

Danny has and is my workout/fitness instructor for the past three years.
