Danielle brings a high level of intensity and passion to DSC Health & Fitness, LLC by empowering clients to push themselves to train on the edge of their comfort zone. After experiencing her own fitness transformation through various training programs including, strength and conditioning, Pilates & Apparatus work; Danielle found her passion in motivating others to reach their fitness goals as well. With 10+years of fitness experience within a traditional gym setting, Danielle knows all too well the general struggles routine gym-goers experience when they get stuck in fitness plateaus. After finding herself uninspired with the mundane group classes at her gym, Danielle found her spark and became an avid Crossfitter. Four years later, her experience combined with her passion inspired her to create DSC Health & Fitness, LLC.

A client can expect 5-10 minutes of warm up, 30 -40 minute workout that is customized for each individual and their goals and a few minutes of stretching at the end.
One of my longest clients is in her 60s, she was determined to lose weight and feel better about herself. In her first two months with me she went down 5 points in her BMI. She trained with me 2 times a week, changed her eating habits and is feeling great. This was such an amazing accomplishment for her and I am beyond proud of her.
