About Me

Hi, my name is Danielle. I am a personal trainer specialized in athletic performance, bodybuilding, and weight loss. I have participated in over 10 Spartan races, and I am also an NPC figure competitor. My experience as a trainer extends as far as being a senior level fitness director and personal training program manager for big name gyms in the industry.

What to Expect

Sessions are 45 minutes long, we will start with a short warm up of 5-8mins. We will do a variation of excercises from circuits to weight training, no day will ever be the same.
