My name is Danielle. I’m a life coach, certified personal trainer, and mom to four grown children. I’ve been anorexic at 98 lbs, unhealthy overweight at 182 lbs (I'm 5 feet 3 inches), 3 percent body fat for my dream body building show, and now fit and healthy at age 45. I’ve been working with women and men and their weight loss struggles for 15 years. Because I’ve been through all the battles that most women struggle with, I can relate to the ups and downs of losing weight, yo-yo dieting, insecurities and the normal women’s health issues we go through, which can make this process seem next to impossible. With my personal weight loss transformation, experience and many years of working closely with my clients you too can start feeling good and seeing great results like them.
In my 15 years of training, I have learned each individual has different goals. I structure my workouts around your needs and limitations. A person who has a lot of weight to lose will expect a combination of conditioning training, with cardio and core exercises to burn the most calories, gain muscle and lose body fat. They will also be given exercises to do daily on their own to create a healthy lifestyle. Other individuals may just need to gain strength, and yet some may have disabilities that require not only strength and balance, but functional exercises to make everyday tasks easier. Every client will get counseling on diet, goal setting, motivation, accountability and body comps to track their progress.
Through my many years of training and boot camps, I've had clients not only lose up to 80 lbs or more and get off or reduce their medications for various chronic diseases, but most importantly go from being a couch potato to creating good eating habits and a healthy lifestyle.
