Hi, my name is Danielle. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I also have a Level I Peak Pilates Instructor certification, currently studying for my Level II certification on the path to my Comprehensive Pilates instructor certification. I specialize in training for strength, body transformation, weight loss, metabolic conditioning, and functional fitness. My experience in the health and fitness field includes five years of training in California before moving to Texas five years ago. In Texas, I continued my personal training and group fitness classes while beginning to study Pilates. I believe in intense training programs that are saturated with variety, challenging clients’ muscles and cardiovascular systems, while creating a mind-body connection.

A client can expect to start off with a short dynamic stretching warm up followed by a more aerobic/body weight warm up leading into weight training. We will move the weights at a fast speed once I am comfortable that your form is good. The end will be different every time, sometimes with some metabolic conditioning, others with core work, it will be a delightful surprise each and every time.
I have had success stories over the years, some as simple as being able to walk the golf course while carrying their clubs to running and finishing races like the Spartan or Tough Mudders, along with a78-pound weight loss transformation. They all had me as a trainer. Tu the common variable that helped with all of them, they showed up and did the work.
