About Me

Hi, my name is Daniel. I studied biology with a focus on nutrition and received my accreditation for personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am a health and fitness instructor, work with after-school programs and am a soccer/tennis coach as well. Everyone deserves attention and coaching. I approach health and fitness holistically. Meaning, I want to understand everything about who you are. What you do and don't like, your family history to help me establish what program would best suit you. Anything from toning to bulking, losing the extra pounds or just being happy with yourself, I have the answer for you. This approach has been by far the most successful in reaching goals because we work as a team instead of me telling you what to do and expecting you to just trust me. The clients that I trained from my first month that I became a trainer are still with me because of the caring and focus I put into all of my goals. My sessions include a phenomenal view from the Frost Bank Tower where I train and a fitness orientation to assess your needs. Invest in yourself. It's time to become the you that you have always wanted to be.

What to Expect

5-10 minutes of catching up on nutrition and how moods or stresses in life might be affecting our goals, 10 minutes of flexibility training, 30 minutes strength/power/stability training, 10 minute cool down and assign any homework if necessary
