Hello! I am Daniel and I am currently working on a undergraduate degree at Stony Brook. I love working out and have been asked by multiple peers to train them. Although I am busy, I would definitely make time out of my day to coach/train those individuals that are willing to step up to the plate to take the initiative to go to the gym and workout. My plan when training/coaching my clients is to help them take the step forwards in achieving their goal and I will make sure that no injuries will happen along the way...although there are a lot of times where soreness is going to be mentioned in the conversation.
Compound movement for the first one-two exercises and accessories to support the compound movement. Typical gym session averages around 2 hrs. Depending on either powerlifting, toning, or bodybuilding, the workouts will either be heavier in weights or reps.
Over the countless weeks of Daniel training me, I was able to go into the weight room and be able to all three compound lifts for powerlifting. Deadlift, Squat and Bench. On the bench, I was only able to bench around 55 but after about 3 months, I was able to bench around 100 which really impressed me. On the deadlift, my favorite lift, I was able to go from an initial 95 to 155! Squat was from 65 to around 115. These numbers are actually really impressive and this is only after 3 months of grinding everyday. Happy to say that the workouts that Daniel has given me actually bumped up my numbers by a lot and I feel great with the results.

I used to be on track in high school but fell out of shape during college. When I met Daniel, his genuine love for fitness and friendly personality made the gym and working out seem less intimidating. We've been working together for a few months and I've already seen progress in my lifting. Since I was a complete beginner, Daniel focused on developing good form before pushing me to lift heavier.
