Hi, my name is Dan, and I opened Apex Fitness in January of 2011. My interest in fitness began at the age of fifteen, and over twenty years later, it's my profession. I enjoy teaching and seeing my clients succeed.
American Counsil on Exercise
My sessions are an hour long, broken down into what your goals are. All clients receive a folder, keeping all your fitness data recorded. When you come down for a session, I'll already have the plan written up for the day within your folder. Together we go through the exercise plan. I'll be there to instruct, spot, and watch for form.
One of my male clients had goals of running a half marathon, and increasing strength. He ended up losing seventy pounds, increasing his strength exceptionally, and running the half marathon within a year's time.
