About Me

Hi, my name is Daniel. I am highly passionate about health and fitness and live a daily active lifestyle. I graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelors of Science degree as a Health Fitness Specialist. I am an ACSM certified personal trainer and have CPR/AED certification from the Red Cross. I love to continually learn and strive to be better everyday. I enjoy all aspects of health and fitness and am an active competitive power-lifter. I lift under the USAPL Federation and hold several North Carolina State records. I train a large variety of people, from everyday people looking to get healthy and fit to competitive athletes. I have worked with youth, high school, college and professional athletes from various sports. Some of the sports include hockey, basketball, football, softball, tennis, rugby, track & field, and baseball to name a few.

What to Expect

You can expect a balanced workout involving just the right amount of warm up, intensity, and cool down. I want to make your experience enjoyable but will also push you so that you will achieve your desired results. I will tailor your workouts just for you! I don't believe in cookie cutter workouts so you can rest assured you will get a unique experience when training with me.

One current client improved squat 50 lbs, dead lift 70 lbs, and bench 30 lbs in just under a year. Another client lost 12 lbs and 4 inches in 3 months! I serve as the off ice strength and conditioning coach for the Junior Hurricanes Hockey team and this year (2015) they Placed first in their region moving them on to the National Tournament.
