Hi guys My name is Daniel. First off, I want to let you know I love what I do so I show up to every session ready to get to work and see improvements in my clientele. I have been training for 4+ years and constant learning to keep up with the ever changing fitness industry. I attend seminars at least once every few months to continuously educate myself. I got into this industry to help people and help them live the best life they possibly can.

I love to educate my clients! Every session I want my clients leaving feeling better then when they arrived and more educated on how to get to their goals. I’m not a trainer that is going to scream in your face I will encourage you and teach you how to get where you want to be in as short of amount of time as possible. I’m a big believe in finding the athlete in every client. Doesn't matter what age, gender, or injury history I want to ensure every client I have is able to live the most athletic life possible.

I have been fitness oriented my whole life, but having Daniel as my personal trainer has pushed me to new levels. As a 50 year old woman I did not realize how much flexibility is lost gradually over the years. Daniel educated me on ways to regain my losses and challenged me to get there. He has helped me increase my core strength, improved my ROM and functional mobility. He ensures my technique is proper to avoid injuries. I learn something new and look forward to every session. I strongly recommend Daniel to help bring out the athlete in anyone.
My experience with Daniel was amazing. Before our session I informed him on some of the things I wanted to pay a little more attention to and was extremely happy after my session was over. I’ve played soccer since the age of 4 and have always felt that my mobility and flexibility were very important and also two areas I needed to improve in. We worked on excercices with resistance bands in order to get me used to the proper movement in my legs, we then moved on to latter drills aswell as cone drills. Another huge focus within my session was the use of my core wich is also very important when playing soccer, id like to say I’m quite fit but man was I beat after the session. One of the great things was that Daniel helped me focus on the stuff i brought to his attention aswell as working out my entire body. My session was an hour and a half long and a great work out, Daniel really knows his stuff and makes sure you’re on track to reach your goal. Very encouraging and helpful through out the whole time!
Daniel is an excellent personal trainer. I needed help with lower back and knee pain. He gave me functional movements that really helped to strengthen those areas while increasing overall core strength and physical agility.
