We will tailor the workouts to best suit the client's needs. Goals, micro and macro, will be all taking into account to make sure that the workouts are heading the right direction.
What's most important, however, is that we'll keep a close eye on correct form to prevent injuries.

My wife and I have recently started training with Daniel. So far so great, he's very patient with us as we just had our first child and so are trying to get back on the wagon.
