I also have 2 years of nursing experience which has helped me learn the safest and most effective ways to train the human body. I will help you work on changing your diet into a healthier and leaner daily dietary routine as well as create a custom workout program for you that will evolve as you evolve. One of the things I am most proud of was helping a high school cross country runner rehabilitate her leg after knee surgery. This client had to have her knee operated on as a result of a cross country fall and in the 3 months following the surgery gained a significant amount of weight. I helped her, in the span of 2 months, lose 35lbs and get her jogging again. She has now lost all of her added weight and is running recreationally again.
