About Me

I was a personal trainer for 221 club: Personal training and nutrition for threes years. After that I joined the United States Army where I played key roles as a sniper during overseas operations. When I finished my term in the Army I became a trainer again for three years, working for Long Island Fitness and Wellness and I was a Sports Performance Coach at Victory Sports Performance.

I am a 46 year old man, married with two young kids and an ever expanding waist line. I have not worked out in years but it was finally time to do something about my health because I wanted to be there and watch my kids grow up. So I did what every other person would do, I joined a gym, signed up for personal training and that is when I was first introduced to my trainer. DJ. DJ changes the workout so they do not become stale as well adding in routines to challenge both my stamina and strength levels. I’ve had trainers in the past that were basically baby sitters; DJ is not only engaged in each exercise but also emphasizes correct form and how each movement impacts a particular muscle group. I have signed up for more sessions and look forward to the continued challenge in each and every workout.
