Hi, my name is Daniel. I have been studying and practicing fitness for over ten years. I began my fitness journey because I was very overweight and, frankly, I hated how I looked and felt. Through exercise and diet, I was able to drastically change my entire life.
My sessions are a mix of bodyweight, cardio, and weight training. Each session customized to my client's individual needs.
It may sound trite, but every client is a success story of sorts. I've had clients lose significant amounts of weight. Clients who have increased strength and flexibility. Clients who have overcome injury through working out.
