Hi, my name is Daniel. I served in the United States Coast Guard and have a pure love for fitness, it's my true passion in life. I love helping people, especially when it comes to fitness. I played baseball growing up and fell in love with weight training and working out after I stopped in high school, and gained a whole new perspective on fitness as a whole after joining the military. I personally love a mix of bodybuilding and Crossfit, currently planning out a big bulk cycle to gain a lot more muscle and might even compete in the next few years as well.

It will always depend on the client and their goals. One client that is looking to do bodybuilding is going to be very different than another client that is trying to perform better on a baseball diamond. But none the less, I will always make my clients work hard and feeling like they made progress.
A few years ago when I was managing a gym, there was a young kid that was a high school lacrosse player and he suffered from a back injury where a small bone fragment from one of his vertebrae had been broken off and stuck in some muscles in his back. After dealing with that he stopped playing lacrosse and changed over to lifting full time but he couldn't perform a regular conventional deadlift without tremendous pain and he was determined to lift heavy. I helped him with his sumo deadlift stance and even got him to hit a 405lb deadlift in just a few months.
