Hi, my name is Dana. In 2009, as a young man at the end of a short lived marriage, I found fitness during my free time onboard the USS Iwo Jima (Navy). I became quite infatuated with how the body reacts to fitness and food. After a couple years of research and many hours in the gym, I saw great results. People started asking me for help. This is when I found my passion for teaching others. In 2015 I became a certified personal trainer. I have learned from training a diverse range of people with many different fitness goals and I am always ready to tackle a new challenge. These days, my mission is to contribute to a healthier, happier world.

A typical sessions is between 45 and 60 minutes. We always start with an accelerated warm up to get you moving without wasting time on unnecessary movements. Your workout will be tailored to your individual body after careful assessment. You will get a copy of every routine we got through as well as every day support outside of the gym.
