I have been a personal trainer for 10 plus years since graduating from Youngstown State University in Ohio with a degree in exercise science and a minor in physical education. ACE CPT certified and Crossfit Level 1 Instructor. I have vast knowledge in functional fitness, sport specific training and general fitness. I love obstacle races, mud runs and anything that poses a challenge.

A client should expect to work hard to get results, that being said it should still be enjoyable as well. I don't believe in cardio equipment, you need muscle to burn fat, not a treadmill. We will combine exercises to get your heart rate up and your metabolism firing alternated with specific muscle focused exercises to tone up and reach your goals. Dumbbells, free weights, kettlebells, TRX, and body weight exercises are the focus of my workout designs. I like to keep things safe and effective with higher reps and lower weights while still achieving your fitness goals.
