About Me

Hi, my name is Dan. I've been training in the Dallas area since 2004. I've got multiple advanced certifications, and a degree from TCU. I'm most experienced working with clients focused on weight loss, and clients in need of correcting muscular imbalances. I live in Downtown Dallas and am looking to add clients during the morning and daytime hours.

What to Expect

Typically I design circuits that push my clients as hard as they can safely perform the exercises. But first we do a warm up to increase the body temperature a little. Then go through the circuits. We finish with a cool down that may include stretching and foam rolling. I also usually give my clients cardio homework to do between sessions.
