After being a personal trainer for 4 years, I've decided to adapt and am now transitioning to a hybrid approach of both in-person and online training so my clients get faster results. Creating custom workout and nutrition plans that people can use at home, work, vacation, etc changes how people can use a personal trainer these days. The Goal is to get you 'Fit for the Beach' , as that is most of my client's goals when they meet me the first time.
NCSF
30-60 minutes of full body exercises to build muscle and burn fat. It will be a combination of resistance exercises and cardio. The amount of each exercise is determined by the client's goals.
Natalie: She is someone who has fixed her diet and is at the gym 6 days a week to achieve her goals. She knows it is a 24 hour approach to getting the body she wants. She has the ideal mentality that any trainer wants in their client if they are serious about getting in shape.
