About Me

On August 7th, 2017 I had complete organ failure and was given hours to live. I was placed into a coma to try and slow the process to allow my mother, who lives out of state, to make it before I died. Somehow after 12 days I was still alive and was given a 5% chance to survive being brought out of the coma. I couldn't move from atrophy and had basically no cardiovascular system. I had to rebuild my body, both inside and out, from scratch. Today I am back in shape like I was in my early 20s and have first-hand knowledge of what it's like to overcome tough obstacles. Please feel free to contact me for more details as I'm happy to share my experience. Now it gives me pleasure to share my knowledge to help other people overcome their own obstacles to achieve their own goals.

What to Expect

I'm motivational, not at all like a drill instructor, but honest. After going through my ordeal I am able to draw on my own experiences to place myself in my client's shoes. I also try to teach not just how, but why we are doing things to help you become more educated and empowered in your workouts.

Dan's past struggled with his health have molded him into a real fighter that takes pride in beating the odds.
