Hi, my name is Damien. I am an individual that will help you maintain your current physical level and build upon it. Improving your life through exercise has many benefits that include better balance, strength, and ability to carry out your daily activities easier! Regardless of their age, I treat all of my clients with the respect and understanding of what makes them an individual but I still help to push them towards their true potential and goals.

I not only work with my clients at an indoor location but also I am open to visiting retirement homes and independent living facilities!

A client can expect to be moving in ways different from traditional exercise. You should also expect not only strength to be a part of the session but also agility and balance. Obviously the client's goals and any physical restrictions are kept in mind when designing the program for them. Lastly, over time the sessions will change as the client progresses. If you are not challenged, you will not grow!
