Hi, I'm Damian. Since day one my purpose has been to help people reach their health and fitness goals. But before setting out on my ambitious goal to help transform 1,000,000 people into stronger, leaner and more confident, better versions of themselves. At the age of 15, I experienced the hardships of an eating disorder and anorexia nervosa. Routinely bullied as a young child for being overweight, I developed a deep self-conscious loathing towards my image. Eventually partaking in drastic acts of exercise and starving myself to near death to lose weight and attain an amazing physique. Never have I felt as helpless as I did at that moment. My life forever changed since. Now, a certified personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise, I dedicate my efforts towards helping not just experienced athletes but even those who have been sitting on a couch to become stronger, leaner and more confident. I look forward to helping you do the same!
