Hi, my name is Dale. I train at your location, whether that be your home, backyard, neighborhood, or local park or tennis court. In addition, without the factor of sticking inside a gym, we have the freedom to train outside in more adventurous places. I also have a gym location we may use if needed. I don't train Crossfit style or any fitness extreme. I train clients in a way that pushes them to the max that they are capable and will improve their life. I will get you to expand your horizons in a multitude of manners to experience well rounded fitness and health.

Most training sessions will emphasize what is most important to your major need. It will involve a short warm-up and an assisted stretching cool down. There will always be music, conversation, support, and motivation!
One of my clients came to me after feeling embarrassed by not begin able to do push ups in a group class. In addition, he lacked confidence in a lot of areas regarding his physical abilities. The first thing we did was help him lose weight. He's down over 40 pounds already and still progressing. In addition, he's significantly more confident in what he feels capable of doing. He's now learning to play tennis and plans next to take on a challenge of learning to swim. He's gone from mostly sedentary to building fitness in a fun way into his life.
