Hi, myn ame is DaMorris. What got me into fitness is the fact I’ve be an athlete my whole life. I played football, from 7-years-old until my senior year in high school. After my playing days were over, I still wanted to be involved in physical activity, so I discovered a personal training program ran by Greenville Technical college. I graduated the program in 2015. Since then I’ve gained another certification from Expert Rating Global Certifications. I started my own personal training business, called Faith&Grind Fitness, and I have been training clients for 2 1/2 years now. I love being a trainer, I honestly don’t consider it a job at all because I have so much love, and passion for it. I love getting my clients results, and seeing how it changes their lives, it’s a awesome feeling! I have a motto that I live by, and that I tell my clients, and that’s “Work For What You Want”.
My clients can expect a training session that’s going to challenge them, and push them to reach their fitness goals. They can expect to do a variety of different exercises, and not the same thing every session so their body won’t adapt to it.
I’ve had a client come to me with little to know experience with working out, and wanted to lose weight. She lost 20+ lbs, and was able to fit into clothes that she never thought she would be able to wear again. That was an rewarding feeling for me as a trainer.

He has been my trainer for one year now! The 1-on-1 training really has helped me reach my fitness goals in a reasonable amount of time. He was very patient, consistent, motivating and overwhelmingly knowlegeable in fitness. If you are looking to reach your maximum potential, he is definitely the right trainer for you!
He works well with me to achieve my goal. No judgement.
He is a very good trainer. He always went at a pace that was suitable for me and was always professional. We did hour long sessions and he was always on time. He even provided me with a workout plan for if I went alone. I would highly recommend DaMorris!
