Hi, my name is Cristina. I have been working out for over 20 years and turned my passion for fitness into a profession, as I enjoy helping others achieving their own fitness goals and have a better quality of life. I have experience as both a group exercise instructor and personal trainer.
I will provide you with a personalized, one-to-one, balanced and fun fitness session, based on assessments. It will incorporate strength training, cardio exercise, stretching and advice for a healthy diet, which will help you function better during activities that you enjoy, provide more energy, and improve your appearance.
I offer training sessions at my home or exercise room in my community (off Old Oak Ridge Rd. in Greensboro), or I can travel to your place, locally.
What to Expect
We usually start with dynamic stretching, cardio workout, strength and static stretching, all based on personal assessments and goals.
