My name is Courtney, and I was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN. I'm a 34-year-old former couch potato and bookworm who has gone through the struggles of being sick, depressed, chubby, and having zero energy. I have been studying health and nutrition strategies for over a decade, and I got my start in the fitness industry when I was 19 years old. This became my passion, and I continued to share and attain the knowledge to help others. I love with teaching people how to lose weight, improve posture, move more athletically, and gain muscle without living in the gym. I believe good training should leave you prepared to tackle real life. It's my mission to promote the benefits of Functional Patterns and sustainable nutrition for longevity.

In a normal session, we cover myofascial release, breathing mechanics, core conditioning, functional strength training and dynamic movements.
