Hi! My name is Corey and I am trainer with 10 years of experience. I was born and raised in Southeast Texas and have lived here my whole life. Fitness is my life and I love to help those willing to put in the work. I have helped hundreds of people achieve the body they desire. If you are uncomfortable in your own skin and are ready to look and feel good again, I can solve that problem for you. What makes me so effective as a trainer is that I can take your wants and desires and turn them in to a step-by-step plan to produce results. In other words, I build the body YOU want, not the body I want for you. I specialize in weight management, muscle toning and strengthening, core toning and strengthening, and nutrition. Sessions will be widely varied based on each client's needs. Generally, each session will be a five-minute warm-up and a five-minute cool down with 45 minutes of mixed intervals of cardio, plyometrics, strength training and core training.
My client Michelle tried losing weight for more than 10 years. She was 350 lbs and was months away from gastric bypass. We sat down, devised a plan, did some nutrition coaching and found some key areas where she was struggling. After meeting twice and starting on her plan she lost 40 lbs in her first month. She was able to get off of six medications and was in a new wardrobe within 90 days. She has since kept the weight off and continued to lose between 5-10 lbs per month.
