Hey there! My name is Corey and I'm an ACE certified personal trainer as well as a full-time health and fitness consultant. I've been involved with the fitness community for a few years now with a main focus on physique-building and strength-training. A straight-forward, easy-to-follow approach that keeps things interesting. The sessions will be tailored completely to your needs and goals rather than just taking a cookie cutter approach. I use a tell, show, do approach for every movement: I explain it, I demonstrate it for you, and then you get to have a go at it! I incorporate a healthy mix of bodyweight work, weight-training, and cardio.
My very first client was able to drop 30 pounds in fat and re-gain almost all of it in lean muscle mass.
