About Me

Corey is a personal trainer through National Personal Training Institute (NPTI), also certified in Resistance Training Specialist (RTS). He received his BA in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University. Being a former athlete at Humble High School and a two years at Southern University, Corey has a background in sports. Coaching basketball for 3 years at the high school level for Summer Creek Bulldogs, he was also head of strength and conditioning for Boys & Girls basketball. Corey specializes in rehab, biomechanics and functional movement. Corey aids clients in achieving their goals, improving their well-being.

Corey is a GREAT trainer! He makes me worker harder than I ever would on my own and he has different exercises all the time. He is always on time and professional. I complain the whole way through but he is good natured about it. I look forward to every session and when I am away - he gives me workout to do on my own, and those are just as insane! This is not my first trainer but he is by far the best!

As of today, Friday, July 10, 2015, I have been training with Corey for two weeks. Never before have I been so excited about being fit. Corey is a certified professional who is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. Corey is personable and reliable. He developed an individual fitness and meal plan which targets my personal physical concerns. I am able to work out in the convenience of his home gym which consists of various equipment. No work out session is the same which keeps me enthusiastic to reach my fitness goal. He watches closely to ensure correct form is maintained and he is a great motivator.
