About Me

I have trained a broad range of clients ranging from young athletes to middle age weekend warriors to professional athletes to active senior citizens. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, I have a bachelors of science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland.

My experiences as a personal trainer and a physical therapist make me an excellent one on one trainer, to help any client reach their individual needs. I am outstanding at tailoring individual fitness programs to clients specific fitness and health desires.

What to Expect

A client can expect an individualized safe and challenging fitness/workout programmed tailored to their specific fitness, health and athletic goals. Our first session will focus on discussing what the client is hoping to get out of these sessions, and examining the clients overall fitness/athletic abilities. From this discussion and evaluation we can determine what is the best way to reach our goals. My experiences and education in kinesiology, anatomy, exercise physiology, program design and physical therapy help me create effective and efficient training sessions for clients.
