My name is Conor and I have been educating people through health and fitness for over 5 years. I specialize in athletic training, functional mobility, and bodybuilding. I also have been teaching yoga, Pilates, group fitness, bootcamps, and even mom, pop, and hot yoga for over 2 years.

In a typical training session you can expect a dynamic warm up specific to the training type we will be doing. I like to incorporate yoga and functional movements to warm up. Then the bulk of the workout will take place. The intensity will ramp up a bit and we will focus on goals for the day. Afterward, we cool down and discuss "homework". If I notice something that needs to be improved in everyday life, not just an hour every couple days when we are together, I'll let you know so you can live healthier and happier.
A client came to me after trying one of my bootcamp classes and wanted to work one on one together. We work twice a week one on one and she also continues to take my group classes. Within 2 months she messaged me saying that her doctor was taking her off her diabetes medication because she is living a healthier lifestyle and has improved so much.
