Hi, my name is Collin. While my passion for lifting weights flourished during college, my fitness background began over a decade earlier as a competitive swimmer. Despite being in great shape after swimming, my weight got as low as 160. I began lifting weights to put on some size and brought my weight up to 215 over the next year before cutting down to a lean 175. Throughout my time at Texas A&M I bulked and cut many times. I focused on a bodybuilding style of training where my goal was to get bigger muscles and carry less fat. After college, I became a runner and developed a sciatic nerve injury which worsened from a snowboarding accident. During my recovery, I began doing research and rehabbing my injuries. While recovering from the accident, my sciatic pain was healed through developing my own well balanced workout programming. Fitness is my passion and I want to help you become your healthiest self. I'm experienced in strength and conditioning for athletes and general health. I have worked with a variety of clients from your average, sedentary individual, to elite athletes. With years of experience in the fitness industry, I can save you time and energy with my fitness and nutrition programming.

Warm-up/muscle activation, strength training and/or conditioning is a standard session, but it depends on the clients' goals.
Testimonial from my client, Mike Gaas - "When I started working out with Collin, I did not realize how complacent I was in my daily workouts. Even lifting weights 5-6 days a week, I was at a plateau, and could not figure out how to push past. I had fitness goals and could never figure out why I could not progress. The first day we started working together, Collin challenged me to not workout the things I liked, or the things I enjoyed, but focused on my weaknesses and muscle imbalances. He pushed me to be uncomfortable. For years I had made excuses to myself as to why I could not work on the areas I faltered in. My knees hurt. I cant squat. I cant run. I don't know how to do that. I realized I had slowly given up on learning how to be better with my fitness. When we started together, I could not do simple compound motions. Collin not only educated me and pushed me, but was patient with me and engaged me in conversation. Collin wanted me to learn how to be better, so that when we could not work out together, I would have the knowledge to take care of my own health. Collin helped me to push past the plateau that I had created for myself. He helped me to be comfortable again, with being uncomfortable. Collin helped me meet my goal of being ready for one of my best friends destination weddings, by helping me drop between 10-15 lbs of fat in 2 months. I cannot recommend Collin enough to anyone who is looking to change themselves and change their lives."
