As a personal trainer, my main goal is to be your daily dose of inspiration. I don't expect you to master every exercise on day one, or go on to be a body builder, instead I want you to find fun and excitement in being healthy. Whether you've never exercised before or are a seasoned veteran at your gym, it is never too late to become a healthier version of you! Together we will work to crush your current fitness goals and reach further for new ones. As a dancer and trainer, staying fit and healthy have always been a high priority. I specialize in building lean muscle with an emphasis on core strengthening. I teach bootcamp, barre, dance, and cardio dance classes in the Philadelphia area.
