I have been a certified personal trainer for a little more than nine years now and I operate my own private studio. I really enjoy helping others and teaching them how to improve their health. I have extensive experience with corrective exercise (injury prevention and correction), nutritional counseling, bodybuilding, and weight loss programs. I am very scientific in the way I go about training my clients. Nutrition is a huge part of achieving the results desired. I spend a good deal of our first sessions making sure my clients understand proper nutrition. I also like to evaluate my client's movement patterns to prevent injury when intensity increases. I like to keep my sessions interesting and fun. I have experience in many different modes of training (suspension, kettlebells, crossfit, bodybuilding, bodyweight, plyometrics, etc.) and like to introduce my clients to as many as I can so that they can choose their favorites.
My favorite client success story is my client Wayne. He came to me with knee pain, back pain, and a weight problems. Within three months of training he had dropped 30 lbs and both his knee and back pain where gone. He didn't do anything crazy -- he just followed my program to the letter and results came as promised.
