About Me

I started out in fitness in high school soccer and football. I always loved being in the gym but what really got me interested in becoming a fitness coach was when I started doing group classes. I got to see not only my progress but also the progress of everyone else in the group and how as time went by everyone including myself began to feel better and better! It shows on your face and you can feel that energy that is put off when you feel great. We had an amazing coach and what he did for others and myself is what inspired me to get into this business. I want to do what he did for me for others! As a coach I am known for coming up with fun and challenging ways to exercise, repetition can get boring and I want to keep things fun! I specialize in weight loss and I also coach speed and agility. I am currently working as a full time personal trainer and love every minute of it. When I am not working I am spending time with my fiance and my nephew in Austin or relaxing with my dog Tyrion watching Game of Thrones. I love soccer and I try to volunteer as a coach for the YMCA every year.

What to Expect

I focus on a lot of functional workouts, I go outside of the weight machines and dumbbells and incorporate body weight and some trx into workouts. I am very energetic and I love to motivate my clients, I am not one of these trainers that just stands around, you will know I am there with you! All of my workouts are catered to the specific needs of my clients and no workout is ever the same. I like to keep things interesting and fun. I am very big on telling my clients the WHY behind everything we do. Being a student of the game is huge!

Client Success Story

My sister is one of my biggest successes! She has never been into fitness and I had been trying for a long time to get her into the gym with me. I started doing some group classes and she decided to come join in one day. She loved working out with others, they helped motivate her and hold her accountable. Sometimes it just takes finding that niche in order to succeed. She never liked working out by herself but when she got into the group atmosphere she flourished. She hasn't quit working hard and today she has lost over 25lbs and she looks and feels great!
