About Me

With background of exercise science, corrective exercise and a niche in Triathlon, many athletes have achieved their goals with him in short sprints and Ironman distance endurance events. He originally started with helping people lose weight and gain muscles, eventually it organically transformed to a high performance niche. With experience as an elite athlete who has won multiple triathlons and who works closely with people on a one-on-one basis daily, he has learned to understand how the body responds and signs to look out for. Applying and explaining training philosophies with combination of science and athlete feedback, quickly transforms athletes.

What to Expect

First session is assessment. Seconds is corrective and some stabilization. Eventually you will work your way through strength phases, hypertrophy phases, and power phases. There is no "typical" session. I learn what you need and change program accordingly. Using verbal and non verbal cues from years of experience, ensures a safe session that is in the "sweet spot"
