Hi I am Coach QWIK (USMC). There are not many coaches and instructors that have the world, military and martial arts experience this marine has. I have not only instructed and trained while in the United States Marines, I have also been a civilian trainer for over 30 years. O have over 25 years of military service to my country. 19 of those years overseas in Japan, Germany, Korea, China, Russia etc. I specialize in multiple areas of fitness: fitness, kickboxing, boxing, aquatics (swimming). The coach is mobile and also have a fully equipped facility to fit all fitness needs (no membership needed).
