Client Success Story

I had a client while I was in Texas that played basketball for a local high school that was 5'11" at 15 with poor shooting mechanics and poor foot work and lacked core strength to finish at the basket as a forward. By the end of the summer my client had better shooting mechanics which raised his shooting average, improved foot work in the box, and was able to finish strong at the rim due to a stronger core.
I had another client that was a beginner in the weight room that I had coached online that made significant changes to his body and was noticeably stronger than the day he started. My client stood at 6'4" at the age of 18 and by being a tall man myself, I understood the work that was going to be needed. His bench went up 45 pounds with in the first month due to the style of training I had him on.
