About Me

Hi, I’m Clara, a British Personal Trainer offering services in Staten Island, Financial District and Boerum Hill. We can work at yours or mine, indoors or outdoors.

I became a personal trainer when I found that my clients needed more support to be healthy and happy than I could provide as a voice coach. I’ve also had a strong interest in working out, health and happiness so it was a logical move to make.

I’ll guide you to use equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance loops, fitball and your own body weight to get maximum results with HIIT, circuit & bootcamp style training adjusted for your goals and level..

You’ll get support between workouts to incorporate fitness into your life, ideas to exercise in an enjoyable way and to be part of a community of incredible women on the same journey as you.
