I have trained 100's of personal trainers as I owned my own training facility in the UK. I moved to USA with the family to concentrate on training clients and spending more time with the family. When I first trained with Claire it was one of the best workouts that I've ever done! I can't believe how quickly I saw results and how much stronger I feel after each session. Claire definitely knows fitness very well. She works with you at your current level but pushes you to go beyond your comfort zone. She’s fun, energetic, & makes every work out session a blast. She incorporates dance music into almost every work out session, which motivates me to work harder. And by the next day, you will feel every muscle in your body has woken up.

I am not naturally athletic and I am often intimidated by trainers, but Claire is amazing as she has this way of making you feel powerful, being encouraging and keeping you focused..all without coming on too strong. When training us in a small group, for example, she would modify exercises according to the skill level and fitness ability of each person and she was always very intuitive (and nurturing) in her approach, perfectly balancing her attention to see what each one of us needed on a particular day. I would always leave my sessions with Claire feeling strong, inspired and ready to take on the next challenge.
