My entire life I’ve always been active. I played several sports as a kid and throughout my years in school. A few years back I found myself getting lazy, unmotivated, and discouraged. Instead of letting myself get out of control I completely turned my life around. Within a year I went from being overweight, to having abs and lifting weights so heavy I didn’t think it was even possible. I made this change all on my own with the knowledge I acquired from being my own test subject. This love for fitness is more than a hobby it’s my passion. I’ve recently gotten certified in order to pursue my dream of helping others turn their life’s around the way I did mine. We all have a starting point in our fitness journey but there is no end point. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or to just simply feel better about yourself, I have been on all sides of the spectrum and can help you get there. For clients just starting out or getting back into their fitness journey, I typically structure workouts using full body splits. Meaning each workout day, both upper and lower body exercises will be incorporated to strengthen the muscle and burn calories over an extended period of time. If the client has an excessive amount of fat to lose, cardio will be added into the plan. For my clients that aren’t new to working out and have experience with weight training, I structure my workouts using upper body days, lower body days, and high intensity interval training.
Over the past 6 months, I’ve been training a 21 year old female strictly online. Every 2 weeks I have her check in. Based on where she’s at each week I update her workout plan/ meal plan accordingly. Within this 6 months she has lost 22 pounds of body fat, tightened her mid section drastically, strengthened her legs, and built one heck of a booty. This was all done following the training plan as well as nutrition plan I created for her. She achieved these results using very minimal gym equipment. With that in mind, she also has been very dedicated to her journey. If you don’t put in the work you can’t get the results!
