Hi, I'm Claire! Fitness is one of the most important parts of my life. It is what has helped me cope with a lifelong history of anxiety, it has and continues to teach me how to show up for myself and for others, and has forever shifted my priority in my own fitness from being "skinny" to being strong! I think working out should create a safe space where we can grow in strength from the inside out while finding balance and overall wellness, however that may look.
