About Me

I am CJ, I have been training middle school & high school athletes for over 3 years. My mission as a trainer is to put my athletes in the best position possible to compete at a high level of play. Athletes can expect to see tremendous results from my small group programs and personal 1-on-1/2-on-1 training sessions. As a former varsity track sprinter and wide receiver football player, I understand the significance of speed & agility as it holds the competitive advantage in most sports (football, soccer, lacrosse, basketball).

I guarantee athletes who train under me to progressively reach their goals while making strides towards achieving their maximum athletic potential. Athletes will be getting bigger, faster, and stronger in the process through rigorous hour-long training sessions. If this interests you, I am willing to provide a free assessment session in order to see where the athlete is currently at (strengths/weaknesses) and which goals he/she has moving forward. I will tailor a program that specifically addresses those areas. I use high-end equipment in order to fully prepare and groom athletes into elite competitors.

What to Expect

Clients can expect a 15 minute stretching/ warm up routine to fully prepare the muscles and joints for the rest of the workout. What comes next is all dependent on the clients goals/ needs as an athlete.

Client Success Story

My client for over 2 years (Cody) started off as a novice weightlifter with goals of strength and muscle gains. Within months of training under me, Cody was able to reach new personal records in the bench press, squat, and deadlift categories. The first session we had he was not able to lift more than 10 lbs on each side of the bar when performing a bench press. By month 4 he was able to do 3 repetitions of 135lbs and he gained 20 lbs of muscle during that time frame.
